My Car

This is my first car that I bought for $3,250 back in August 2004. It had 87k miles on it and was in near mint condition. Upon doing a CarFax after my purchase, I found that I was the 2nd owner of this car, the 1st owner having been registered to a company in Georgia. I can only assume it was used as a company vehicle. It's been an awesome car since I first bought it. I've learned a lot from it, and hope to continue learning more. It started out as a base model Firebird, and has since been turned into a Trans Am clone. One day, I hope to finish off this conversion by swapping in an LT1. I've chosen a LT1 rather than an LS1, this way to stay true to the body style and year of the car. I'm not much of a performance nut as I am with appearance, so I believe I'll be very satisfied with a LT1.

Interior Modifications

• White faced gauges
• Upgraded center console to 97-02 model
• Swapped out interior sail and hatch panels to 2000+ model ebony colored panels
• Custom manual fan switch attached to shifter
• Upgraded old 93-96 style Firebird "2nd Gear Start" switch to the newer 97-02 style
• Convertible top switch wired to control electronic cutout on exhaust
• Grand Prix shift knob w/ leather boot

• Borla cat-back exhaust (w/ electronic cutout attached)
• Accel 8mm Spark Plug Wires (not so much a performance mod, but it's something)
